Returns Policy

Faulty Items
Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or display a manufacturing defect within 28 days of purchase, with the possibility of extending this period to 3 months in exceptional cases, excluding normal wear and tear. For plated items, following the provided care instructions is crucial to minimize tarnishing.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us through out contact us page so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.

You may cancel your order and return it within 28 days of receipt, excluding personalised items, by contacting us via email. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and once we receive the entire order (excluding any non-returnable items like earrings), we will process a full refund. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
